This important notice also applies to any prospective purchaser(s) seeking to purchase property or plots of land via a mortgage or loan from a Bank or financial institution which may have been introduced by KNK DEVELOPMENTS S.A. or chosen independently by the prospective Purchaser/s.
7.At KNK DEVELOPMENTS S.A., we are able to sell our Properties at a premium price in comparison to our competitors due to the Vital factors such as Gas, Water, Electricity, Telephones, Sewerage, Road access and other utilities which are already existing or nearby or around our sites for sale.
8.We urge all prospective purchasers to view and make their own opinions about the property before making their purchase. KNK DEVELOPMENTS S.A. does not apply for planning permission for any past, present or future prospective purchasers on any of the sites, this remains the sole responsibility of the prospective purchaser or freeholder of the plot.
